Checkout from the apartments is until 12PM
We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this is dependant upon previous/following bookings. If you would like to secure early check-in or late checkout in advance it is necessary to pay for one additional night of stay. If your check in time is after 9PM, we will charge $10 check-in fee. We have a storage area and we will be happy to store your luggage for you on the day of your departure or arrival. Please note that the storage space is limited and this service is not guaranteed. Please, discuss it with our manager before your arrival.

Services

We provide cleaning of the apartment every 7 days with replacement of bedding and towels. Extra cleaning: $10.

Booking terms and conditions.

Please, send us request to book apartment of your choice by filling the form. Once we confirm availability, you will be asked to pay reservation deposit, which is one night’s rent for each 7 nights or less stay, two nights rent for reservations in length of 8 nights or more. Reservations excess of 15 nights may require deposits of three night's rent or more. You can choose one of the following payment options: Western Union, PayPal, and Google Checkout. Balance: Unless you have already paid the full amount before the arrival, you will be expected to pay the rental balance within 2 hours of occupying your apartment rental. The balance is paid to our manager at the check-in in cash. Payment can be made in USD, Euros or Hryvnas according to that day's National Bank rate. If you are using Euros or Hryvnas for your balance payment, we will be using that day sell exchange rate for adjustment purposes.
