Where is apart-hotel “Eleganza” located? Is this area safe?
Our apartment hotel is a complex of furnished apartments located in the apartment building right in the center of the city. Some of our apartments overlook City Garden lush greenery and beautiful musical fountain illuminated at night. The City Garden is located on Deribasovskaya Street. The entrance to the building is from Gavannaya Street right across the famous Ukrainian restaurant Kumanetc and just a block from Odessa Opera Theater.

How can I book apartment in your apart-hotel? Do I have to pay deposit?
Please, send us request to book apartment of your choice by filling the form. Once we confirm availability, you will be asked to pay reservation deposit, which is one night’s rent for each 7 nights or less stay, two nights rent for reservations in length of 8 nights or more. Reservations excess of 15 nights may require deposits of three night's rent or more. You can choose one of the following payment options: Western Union, PayPal, and Google Checkout.
Balance: Unless you have already paid the full amount before the arrival, you will be expected to pay the rental balance within 2 hours of occupying your apartment rental. The balance is paid to our manager at the check-in in cash. Payment can be made in USD, Euros or Hryvnas according to that day's National Bank rate. If you are using Euros or Hryvnas for your balance payment, we will be using that day sell exchange rate for adjustment purposes.

What confirmation will I get after I pay the deposit?
As soon as we receive your deposit, we will make a final reservation and send you the confirmation letter. This letter is the proof of the reservation and the payment and has to be shown after your arrival at check-in. It includes your name, date of arrival and departure, name of the apartment, and the services that have to be provided, address and contact number.

How can I get to the apartment I booked? Do you offer airport pickup?
You can take a cab in the airport (our address is in your confirmation letter) or reserve airport pickup from us.
If you order airport pickup, our driver will meet you in the airport with the sign “ELEGANZA” and take you to the apartment. We charge $20 for pickup. Please, provide flight information so we can check for flight delays. If you missed your flight, please, send SMS to the phone number provided in your confirmation letter. If you choose to arrange transportation of your own, and your flight is delayed, please let us know about it and we will make appropriate arrangements.

What are the regular amenities that your apartments have?
Each of our apartments in our apart-hotel “ELEGANZA” has kitchen with microwave oven, gas or electric cook top, teakettle, pots and pans, toaster, washer and dryer, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub (which includes hand-held shower), infrared sauna (check if your apartment has sauna), computer with Internet access and Skype installed, TV with Satellite channels in different languages, bed linens, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, iron with ironing board.

Do you request security deposit?
We reserve the right to request security deposits in case of group reservations or at least 4 guests staying in the same apartment. The safety deposit is $100 and required to be paid at check-in. This security deposit will be returned to you upon your departure, assuming the apartment is left in good condition.
Please note that we do not ‘nickel and dime’ our guests for small breakage such as wine glasses or plates. We have rarely charged any of our guests but we must cover ourselves for rare exceptions.

What payment options are available when we send you a deposit for the apartment?
We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, US Postal Service money order and Western Union. If you have any other payment systems or options in mind, please, let us know.
You can use our “Payments” section, where you can pick which method is more convenient for you. Please, be aware, that you are responsible to cover any fees associated with transaction. Usually it is 5% from the amount you have to pay.
Please, add this amount to your deposit amount (Ex. If your deposit is $100 and you use PayPal/Google Checkout, you have to send $105)

I was offered to pay with PayPal. What if I don’t have PayPal account?
You DON’T have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal to pay your deposit.
- Click "Pay Now" when you are ready to make your purchase.
- Look for the text "Don't have a PayPal account?" on the resulting page. Just under the text, it says, " Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal Guest". Click the link.
- Enter your contact details and credit card information on the page that comes up. Please, click "Review Order and Continue" to submit the information.
- The next page will ask you to confirm payment. By confirming, you will finalize payment without a PayPal account. You may be asked, at that time, if you would like to create a PayPal account. You can choose to do so or decline the offer.

What if I don't like the apartment when I arrive?
Please call us immediately. We want everyone to be happy. For that reason we provide many photos and an honest, accurate description to ensure that you know what you are booking. There should be no surprises when you arrive. If you have reasonable concerns or doubts about an apartment we will try to deal with them at the apartment or accommodate you elsewhere subject to availability. If you choose not to take the apartment for reasons that we consider to be unreasonable the cancellation policy will apply.

How and when will I receive the keys from the apartment?
Our manager will meet you at the apartment, give you the keys, and familiarize you with the apartment and the neighborhood. You will pay cash your balance to our manager during check in.

What is your regular check-in and checkout time? How about early check in and late checkout?
Check-in to the apartments starts from 13PM
Checkout from the apartments is until 12PM
We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this is dependant upon previous/following bookings.
If you would like to secure early check-in or late checkout in advance it is necessary to pay for one additional night of stay.
If your check in time is after 9PM, we will charge $10 check-in fee.
We have a storage area and we will be happy to store your luggage for you on the day of your departure or arrival. Please note that the storage space is limited and this service is not guaranteed. Please, discuss it with our manager before your arrival.

How long does the reservation stay valid in cases of no-show?
In case of no-show, when customers fail to arrive or inform us on changes by phone (no emails, please), the reservation stays valid for several hours. If there is no information within that period of time, we cancel reservation without any refund.

Can I change my check-in or checkout date?
Any change of reservation date should be communicated to ELEGANZA as soon as possible by phone or email.
If apartments are available for the revised dates, then we will make the corresponding changes at no extra cost. Please, be aware that the length of stay cannot be decreased.
In case no apartments are available for the new dates and the client wishes to cancel the reservation, ELEGANZA cancellation policy will apply. Any request of extension of the stay should be sent to ELEGANZA as soon as possible. If an apartment is available, the additional charges will be calculated on the basis of one-day rental with an additional night.

What services are included?

- Personally welcomed at your apartment by friendly, English-speaking greeters, where we take the time to show you how everything works and will happily share our knowledge and advice about Odessa with you.

What is your cancellation policy and how can I cancel my booking?
- a) We ask for a confirmation email from you, giving us permission to unblock the property and make it available to others.
- b) As soon as you confirm, we make the apartment available for other interested parties.
- c) When (and if) we successfully re-book the apartment for the same dates, we will refund your deposit.
- d) If we are unable to re-book the apartment, unfortunately, the deposit will not be refundable.
We'll do our best to re-rent your apartment during your dates, in hopes of being able to refund your deposit. But unfortunately, there are no guarantees.

Are discounted rates available for long term stays?
We are always pleased to offer discounts. During the winter months we offer special rates for stays of longer than two weeks or for long-term rentals.

Do all apartments have Internet access?
Yes, all our apartments have computers with High-Speed Internet and we also have Wi-Fi Internet for those who bring their own Wi-Fi enabled devices like notebooks or phones. Don’t forget to take your plug adapter, if you come from US and have your laptop with you (the North American plug is a different shape from those used in Europe.). We can offer one for rent ($5 deposit is required) or you can buy it from us for $5.

Do you have storage area for the luggage?
Yes, we have a storage area and we will be happy to store your luggage for you on the day of your departure. Please note that the storage space is limited and this service is not guaranteed. Please, discuss it with our manager during check in.

Is there a possibility our apartment can be changed after booking?
When booking from apart-hotel or agency, there are certain "acts of god" that cannot be controlled. In very rare instances, it may be that the mechanical failure within an apartment may cause a booking to have to be moved to another apartment. In this case, ELEGANZA pledges to do everything in our power to satisfy our clients, usually by finding an apartment of equal or greater value. If we cannot find a solution, all of your payments will of course be refunded 100%.

Do you provide any extra services?
Yes. If you need Transport to or from your arrival point, this can be easily arranged by emailing us in advance. Regular cost of airport pickup is $20.
