Odessa resumed cooperation with rating agencies

Odessa was once again given a credit rating uaVVV with the forecast “in development”.
Thus Odessa City Council resumed its cooperation with the national rating agencies, which was interrupted in 2010.
Latest updated uaVVV credit rating for Odessa was forecast to “negative” in 10.12.2010.
Later that credit rating was suspended by the rating agency in connection with the contractual relationship termination.
The newly assigned to Odessa’s credit rating is determined by the National Rating Agency Ltd. “ІVІ Rating” at the same uaVVV level. Forecast is defined as “in development” which in contrast to “negative” means that the rating can be upgraded over the year for the implementation of positive expectations. One of factors of this decision is a new holiday season and arrival of numerous tourists who will fill Odessa hostels and apartments for rent.
