Odessa airport introduces winter schedule


On October 28 at the International Airport Odessa switched to winter schedule with new routes and increased frequency of flights on existing routes.
On November 4, 2012 UTair Ukraine opens a weekly direct flight from Odessa to Tbilisi. The flights will be operated on Sundays by new aircraft ATR 72-500. In December UTair Ukraine intends to increase the frequency to two flights per week.
With the start of the winter schedule a frequency of flights to Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt) will be increased to 3-4 flights per week. Airlines offer direct flights from Odessa to Sofia (Bulgaria) and Salzburg (Austria). Ticket reservations made in the offices of travel agencies (ask in your Odessa hotel).
In winter it’s expected a higher demand for flights to Kiev and Moscow, so every day 6 flights to the capital of Ukraine will be performed, and 5-7 flights per day to the Russia’s capital.
