New wholesale market in Odessa, Ukraine

Among other things, Odessa, Ukraine is known with its famous Privoz market. Still, the city lucks food markets where producers could sell their own food products. In Order to solve this problem authorities proposed built new wholesale food market near the city. According to the projects, it will be a market place primary sellers, and therefore products will cost there much cheaper than on most of Odessa markets.
The site for the new market is really huge – about 100 ha, while area of one of the largest European markets, so called “7-th km”, is a bit more than 70 ha.
On the territory huge refrigerating premises, many pavilions and parking lots will be built.
It’s safe to say that people who reside in adjacent districts will also benefit since a new market will entail an increase of demand for Odessa (Ukraine) apartments for rent.
