Large Odessa flats get cheaper

Real estate specialists note a trend that shows falling prices for 3- and 4-room apartments in Odessa, Ukraine, as well in other cities. Along with that demand and prices for 1-and 2-room apartments increase.
Today in the secondary property market the largest number of sales contracts is for the cheapest economy-class segment flats ($ 28-50 thousand), as well in the average price range ($ 50-70 thousand). Besides, many buyers are interested in flats in newly built business-class buildings in Odessa center and some other popular areas.
