From mid-spring demand for apartments will increase

According to some property analysts, residential property market will see increased greatest activity in the first part of April. During this period, realtors predict, a demand for Odessa apartment can rise for about 15% compared to the end of winter, and 18-20% for private cottages. In general, the market activity will be rising until the mid-late May and reaches its maximum in the segment of apartments for rent in Kiev, Donetsk, Lvov and some other cities and towns due to approach of Euro 2012. But with the beginning of May segment of long-term lease will see usual seasonal decline, which will last until the end of August.
Realtors also predict increase in the demand for renting town houses and suburban villas in spring of 2012, in the economy segment particularly. This is explained by the fact that during the European championship many people will choose to let their flats to football fans from other Ukrainian cities and those visitors who come from other countries.
