Foreign investors want to build and buy property in Ukraine

Seeing continuing problems on world real estate markets and growing concerns about European currency more foreign investors decide to come to Ukrainian real estate market or renew their business activity interrupted some years ago. According to statistics, the most part of returning companies and individuals are from Israel, Russia, and Turkey. Besides, among the companies that plan to reopen their operations in Ukraine are some Dutch and German firms.
As for direction of their activity, most developing companies are oriented on Ukrainian market of commercial property like offices, logistic centers, warehouses, parking lots, etc. However, specialists of this industry say that foreign investors are not very interested in investments into building new flats in Odessa, Kiev, Donetsk or other large cities.
