Brides Parade in Odessa

If you rent Odessa flat in May, don’t miss a truly unforgettable event – fourth annual brides parade. It will be held on May 27 when 50 girls in their wedding gowns parade through traditional wedding places in Odessa. It starts at 13:00 from Ekatherininskaya square and goes through Primorskiy Boulevard, Dumskay Square, Theatre Square, Deribasovskaya Street and finishes on Cathedral Square at 16:00.
The first parade was held in 2006 in Moscow, when just seven brave girls took part in it. Since then it has become a tradition in Moscow, where it is held twice a year, in spring and autumn. The event has become popular in many other cities in Russia and Ukraine. In Odessa the first brides parade took place in May 2009.
