Prices for Odessa apartments may fall by 10%

According to experts, apartment on the secondary market of Ukraine may become cheaper this year.
Average real estate prices may fall as low as by 5-10%. This is a forecast from Edward Brazas, a head of the Real estate brokers Association of Ukraine of the on information technology, services, and analytics.
“This year will not bring any surprises. By the end of the year prices, as well as demand will remain quite stable. Probably, prices for flats in Odessa, Kiev, Donetsk and other big cities will show the same dynamics as in the past year and fluctuate close to some average rates during the year. By the end of 2012 a slight fall in the range of 5-10% is also possible,” he said.
