Prices for Odessa flats grow

Despite crisis and total decline in this area, Odessa real estate market is one of the most active in Ukraine. That goes for both apartments for rent and for purchase. So, according to latest research carried out by one of leading real estate agencies on the base of data from transactions on the secondary property market, for the six past months prices for flats in Odessa (Ukraine) grew by 1% on average. Growth of rent prices varies for various types of properties depending on their size, location and state. Here is what Odessa real estate agencies collected:
1. Primorskiy district – + 0,59% to 1738/sq.m.
2. Tairovo district – + 0,41% to $1379/sq.m.
3. Cheremushki district – + 0,89% to $1219/sq.m.
4. Moldavanka district – +1,15% to $1181/sq.m.
5. Kotovsk district – +1,14% to $1200/sq.m.
