So, one-room apartment can be rent for 35-70 USD/night, two-room flat for 50-90 USD/night, and large 3-room apartment for 70-100 USD. Prices depend on location, amenities and condition of a property. So, the cheapest Odessa flats can be found in Kotovsky district, while the most expensive are traditionally located in Arcadia and Primorsky Blvd.
